Do you want to know more about ‘Self Directed Support’?
East Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and Take Ctrl East Dunbartonshire will be hosting two ‘virtual’ Self Directed Support Information Awareness Sessions.
Places will be limited to 15 people per session and participants will require Internet access. The sessions will take place on:
• Wednesday 28 October 2020 at 6.30pm
• Thursday 29 October 2020 at 1.30pm
